How is Rezilient different from other practices?

We believe that accessing quality healthcare should be convenient, timely and tech-forward.

• You won’t spend hours in waiting rooms (because we don’t have any).

• You spend more time with your physician, ensuring that all your concerns are addressed.

• We always use the most convenient channel to meet your clinical need. We won’t make you come to our CloudClinics if a telehealth visit at home works.

• Since you connect with your doctor digitally, they’re available at every CloudClinic, where our on-site nurse assists by performing physical exams on their behalf or collecting any labs or imaging they need.

• When your doctor examines you, you get to see what they see in real time via our digital clinical tools.

• Your Rezilient doctor is your new primary care doctor and you can see them at any CloudClinic or in your own home via telehealth.

What is Rezilient’s philosophy toward medical care?

Our purpose is to help our members improve their health by reducing the wait time to see a doctor and delivering a premium healthcare experience that’s timely, convenient, seamless and tech-forward. We provide a safe, inclusive space that’s free from judgement to talk about your physical and mental health regardless of your gender identity, ethnicity, age or sexuality.

We’re continuing to add specialty services and breakthrough technology to offer you the most comprehensive, connected care possible. We provide the best preventative medicine, acute care and chronic condition management through our board-certified medical professionals and our focus on bringing you the latest in tech-driven healthcare. 

We are an agile, distributed healthcare system, and we're constantly listening to our members and our physicians to constantly improve the care we deliver. Ultimately, we strive to deliver care the way patients and doctors have always wanted it.

Rezilient's Services

Primary care

Rezilient provides comprehensive primary care, which is the medical care you need before you might need to see a specialist or before you need to go to a hospital. 

As your primary care providers, Rezilient will address your essential health needs by: focusing on prevention and screening; working with you to plan for your health; being a secure, comprehensive and accurate hub for your medical records; coordinating your tests, treatments, specialist visits and hospitalizations; providing empathetic, plain-spoken advice; leveraging the latest medical research and technology to get or keep you healthy. 

Women’s health

Women face a special set of health needs. Our primary care physicians are trained in many areas of women's health and can offer guidance and counseling on birth control, breast cancer screening and menopause. And of course we work closely with many of the best OB/GYN specialists in the area, should you ever need a referral.

LGBTQIA+ health

Our goal is to provide transgender and non-binary patients with gender-affirming service and evidence-based care with an individualized approach to meet your personal goals and needs.

All staff are required to treat any information about a patient’s sexual orientation, gender identity or transgender status as confidential patient information, unless the patient has given written permission to share this information.

Can I get new prescriptions and prescription renewals?

We make it easy to request and renew prescriptions. When you have an appointment either in a CloudClinic or by telehealth, your provider will assess your proper course of treatment. If a prescription is required, we can send a prescription electronically to the pharmacy of your choice for you to pick up there.

Does Rezilient offer urgent care?

Our primary care providers can address a wide range of urgent and acute concerns. Because we offer same-day appointments and 24/7 virtual appointments, we're a great option for urgent needs.

My employer is paying my membership fee. What do I need to pay?

If your employer is paying your membership fee as part of your benefits package, you only need to pay your co-pay for each visit and for any prescriptions your physician orders.

What if I’m not satisfied with the care I receive?

The quality of your care is our highest priority and we’re dedicated to giving you the best experience possible. If we ever fail to meet your expectations, contact us and we’ll do our best to fix it.

What insurance plans do you accept?

We accept all major insurance plans offered by Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, Humana, and United Health Care.

What are co-pays?

A co-pay is a fixed amount the you pay for medical services. The remaining balance is paid by your insurance company. Co-pays can vary within the same plans, depending on the service provided.

What is a deductible?

A deductible is a fixed amount you must pay each year before your health insurance benefits begin to cover the costs. After your deductible has been met, you typically pay coinsurance - a percentage of the total costs - for any services that are covered by the plan.

Lab tests

What lab testing does Rezilient offer?

Rezilient offers our members on-site lab services at any of our CloudClinics. Our staff will draw your blood and collect other specimens in an anxiety-free, private environment. Your physician will order the specific tests you need based on your age, your overall health and health history, and the amount of time since your last set of tests.

How does insurance work with lab tests?

Insurance plans vary, and your coverage depends on your specific policy. While most tests are covered by insurance, you may want to contact your insurance provider to confirm before having your test done.
