Your questions, answered

For patients

How much does it cost to see a Rezilient provider?

Nothing. Seriously. $0.

Your Rezilient Health benefit covers you and your dependents (ages 7+) at absolutely no out-of-pocket cost. That means no copays, no deductibles, and no surprise bills for things like lab work, strep tests, or COVID tests taken at a Rezilient CloudClinic.

How often can I have an appointment?

As often as you need! Whether it’s a one-time checkup or regular visits to stay on top of your health, you can book an appointment every single day if you’d like, all at no cost to you.

Do I have to switch providers to use Rezilient?

Nope! If you already have a provider you love, you can keep seeing them. But even if you’re not looking to switch, we recommend setting up a visit with us, just to have Rezilient as an option when you need quick, convenient care.

What if I’m not satisfied with the care I receive?

The quality of your care is our highest priority, and we’re committed to providing the best experience possible. If we ever fall short of your expectations, let us know! We’ll do everything we can to make it right.

Is Rezilient my insurance?

No. Rezilient is an extra benefit on top of your regular insurance. It gives you $0-cost access to primary care, urgent care, care management, and speciality consults.

Why do you need my insurance card if Rezilient is free?

We ask for your insurance so we can send prescriptions to your pharmacy, refer you to outside specialists if needed, and process lab tests properly (so you don't get billed by mistake).

How is Rezilient different from a regular doctor’s office?

We make healthcare faster, easier, and more accessible. Here’s what sets us apart:

  • - No rushed visits and more time with your provider
  • - Same-day and next-day appointments because no one likes waiting weeks to see a provider
  • - A care management team to help with scheduling, referrals, prescriptions, and more
  • - A hybrid care approach so you can see your provider remotely, with CloudClinic medics assisting as needed
  • - See what your provider sees in real-time with our digital exam tools
What's the difference between care navigation and care management?
  • While both Care Navigators and Care Managers are available to answer your questions via 24/7 messaging, over the phone, and by email, what they do differs slightly.
  • Care Navigation involves non-clinical staff helping you to use your health plans optimally, with a focus on navigating patients to the right providers and services pre-visit. It includes appointment scheduling, answering basic questions about Rezilient's services, and helping you establish provider relationships.
  • Care Management involves clinical staff (often nurses) coordinating post-visit activities such as managing referrals, ordering imaging or labs, and coordinating durable medical equipment (DME).

What is a Well Child Check, and what does it include?
  • A Well Child Check is a yearly visit designed to make sure your child is healthy, developing as expected, and feeling their best. For patients 12 and up, Rezilient Health's Well Child Check provides a comprehensive assessment of overall wellness, growth, and development.

During the visit, your child's provider will complete a physical and psychological evaluation, review health habits, and discuss any concerns about school, sports, or daily life. This visit focuses on your child's overall wellbeing, not just sports participation or performance.

Please note that immunizations are not provided during these visits. Rezilient does not administer immunizations in our CloudClinics, so families should visit a pediatric provider to stay current on vaccine requirements.

In addition, puberty assessments (including the Tanner scale) are not performed virtually. Because of the sensitive nature of this evaluation, it must be completed in person by a peditatric provider.

CloudClinic and telehealth questions

What’s the difference between a CloudClinic visit and a telehealth visit?

CloudClinic: Visit one of our locations where a medic will take your vitals and assist your remote provider. They can also do labs, tests, and medication administration right there.

Telehealth: Log into the Rezilient app and meet with your provider virtually from anywhere – home, work, or even your car (just not while driving!)

Can I go to any CloudClinic?

Yes! If your benefit includes in-person care, every Rezilient provider is available at every CloudClinic, so pick the one that’s most convenient for you.

Prescriptions and medications

Can I get new prescriptions and prescription renewals?

Absolutely! Whether you visit a CloudClinic or have a telehealth appointment, your provider will assess your needs. If a prescription is necessary, we’ll send it electronically to the pharmacy of your choice for easy pickup.

Are prescriptions free?

Some medications are provided on the spot at your Rezilient visit at no cost to you. For other prescriptions, we’ll always find the most cost-effective option based on your insurance’s pharmacy benefits.

Lab tests

Can I get new prescriptions and prescription renewals?

If you have lab work done at a Rezilient CloudClinic, it’s covered at $0 cost to you.

If you need imaging (X-rays, MRIs, etc.), we’ll refer you to an in-network facility, and your insurance will determine the cost. Our Care Coordination team will make sure you get the most affordable option.

What lab testing does Rezilient offer?

Rezilient offers on-site lab services at all our CloudClinics. Our staff provides blood draws and specimen collection in a private, stress-free environment. Your provider will order the tests based on factors such as your age and overall health, your medical history, and how long it's been since your last lab work.

How does insurance work with lab tests?

Insurance plans vary, and your coverage depends on your specific policy. Most tests are covered by insurance, but we recommend checking with your provider beforehand to confirm any potential costs.

Urgent and specialty care

Does Rezilient offer urgent care?

Yes! Our primary care providers can treat a wide range of urgent and acute issues, and with same-day and 24/7 virtual appointments, we’re a great alternative to urgent care. If your condition requires hands-on treatment, we’ll refer you to the appropriate provider.

What kinds of specialist consults can I get through Rezilient?

A lot! Your benefit includes access to over 70 different specialities, including cardiology, dermatology, gastroenterology, ENT, urology, and many more. If you need a specialist, we'll connect you with the right one.

What happens if I need care outside of Rezilient?

If you need a provider outside of our network, no worries! Our Care Management team will handle your referral, making sure it’s within an in-network provider so you get the most affordable care possible.

Preventative vs. sick visits

What’s the difference between a preventative visit and a sick visit?
  • Preventative Visit (Annual Wellness Exam): Think of this as your “stay healthy” visit. No urgent issues – just a check-in to discuss your health, risk factors, and lifestyle. Your provider's goal: help you stay well before problems arise.

Sick Visit: If you’re not feeling well, experiencing new symptoms, or need a diagnoses/treatment, this is your go-to visit.

Rezilient's approach to care

What’s Rezilient’s philosophy on healthcare?

We believe healthcare should be inclusive & judgement free. We welcome all backgrounds, identities, and health journeys. You're not just a chart or a list of symptoms. We treat you as a whole person. We are a tech-powered organization, prioritizing fast and easy appointments, cutting out the waiting so you can get the care you need with more access and less hassle.

How do I get started with Rezilient?

Easy! Just book your first appointment through the Rezilient app or at a CloudClinic. No paperwork, no long waits. Just fast, friendly care when you need it.

Privacy and security

Does my employer see my personal and medical information?

No. Your health information is completely private. While we may provide de-identified, population-level data (like how many employees activated their benefit), your employer has no access to your medical records, patient portal, prescriptions, or visit details.

How is my personal and medical information collected and secured?

We take your privacy seriously. Your information is securely stored and protected in compliance with HIPAA regulations. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Sports Physicals

What is a sports physical?

A sports physical, also called pre-participation physical examination (PPE), is a health evaluation that helps determine whether a child can safely participate in sports and physical activities. Most schools and athletic organizations require a sports physical before participation. Sports physicals are designed to identify potential health concerns, review previous injuries, and help athletes stay healthy and safe throughout the season.

Who needs a sports physical?

Most student athletes are required to complete a sports physical before participating in school-sponsored sports or organized athletic activities. Requirements may vary by school, league, and state.

What happends during a sports physical?

A Rezilient Health provider, with support from one of our CloudClinic Medics, will guide your child through a standardized assessment based on state requirements.

The visit may include:

  • - Height and weight measurements
  • - Blood pressure and heart rate checks
  • - Heart and lung evaluation
  • - Vision screening
  • - Joint and flexibility assessment
  • - Review of posture and movement
  • - Review of medical history
  • - Discussion of medications, allergies, asthma, previous injuries, or other health concerns

The appointment combines medical, musculoskeletal, and functional assessments to help ensure your child can safely participate in sports.

How long does a sports physical take?

These appointments are scheduled for one hour. However, most sports physical appointments are quick and efficient while still allowing as much time as you wish to discuss any concerns or questions with the provider.

Is there anything I need to bring?

We recommend that your child wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes that allow them to move freely during the examination. If your school, league, or athletic organization has provided any paperwork, feel free to bring it with you.

Can Rezilient complete my child's sports physical forms?

Yes. We have access to current-state required sports physical forms for the states where we provide care. Assuming all examination requirements are met, completed forms will be provided at the conclusion of the visit.

Will my child automatically be cleared for sports?

Not always. If a provider identifies a concern that requires additional evaluation, your child may need follow-up testing or referral to a specialist before sports clearance can be granted. Our goal is to help ensure participation is safe for every athlete.

What if my child has asthma, allergies, ADHD, or another medical condition?

Many athletes successfully participate in sports while managing ongoing health conditions. Your provider will review your child’s medical history and discuss any conditions, medications, or concerns during the visit.

What if my child has had a previous injury or concussion?

Be sure to discuss any previous injuries, surgeries, or concussions with the provider. This information helps determine whether any additional evaluation is needed before sports participation.

Are sports physicals available virtually?

No. Due to the nature of the examination, sports physicals must be completed in person at a Rezilient Health CloudClinic.

What age can patients recieve a sports physical at Rezilient?

Sports physicals are available for children ages 7 and up.

What age can patients recieve a sports physical at Rezilient?

Sports physicals are available for children ages 7 and up.

Does Rezilient provide vaccines or immunizations for my child?

No. At this time, Rezilient does not provide pediatric vaccines or immunizations at CloudClinics. If your child needs school-required vaccinations or immunization records, those services will need to be completed through their pediatrician or another healthcare provider.

How quickly can I get an appointment?

Rezilient Health offers same-day and next-day appointments whenever available. Because sports seasons and school deadlines can create increased demand, we encourage families to schedule early.

How much does a sports physical cost?

For members with access to Rezilient Health through their employer-sponsored benefit, sports physicals are available with a $0 copay and $0 deductible for any Rezilient-covered services.
