Q&A with Rezilient Health CFO Ben Wilson
July 22, 2026

As Rezilient continues to grow, so does our leadership team. Following his promotion to Chief Financial Officer, we sat down with Ben Wilson to talk about his journey, what excites him most about Rezilient's future and the role finance plays in transforming healthcare.
Congratulations on your promotion! What does this new role mean to you?
It means a lot. More than anything, it's a reflection of the people I've had the opportunity to work alongside every day.
When I joined Rezilient, I saw a team that was committed to rethinking how healthcare is delivered. That mission, and the people behind it, are what convinced me to join. Being able to grow alongside the company and now step into the CFO role is something I'm incredibly grateful for.
What first attracted you to Rezilient?
I'd spent my career working across different parts of value-based care, and I was waiting for a model that genuinely challenged the status quo.
Rezilient wasn't trying to make healthcare incrementally better. It was building a fundamentally different care model that combines technology with in-person care to improve access, convenience and quality. That vision immediately resonated with me.
Since joining the company, what has been your primary focus?
Building a strong foundation.
In healthcare, finance isn't just about budgets or reporting. It's about creating the discipline, processes and infrastructure that allow a company to grow responsibly.
As we've expanded, my focus has been helping ensure every investment supports our long-term strategy while giving our teams the resources they need to execute.
How do you see the role of finance evolving at a high-growth healthcare company?
Finance should be a strategic partner to every part of the business.
Our job isn't simply to measure performance. It's to help the organization make smarter decisions, evaluate opportunities thoughtfully and ensure we're building a business that can scale for years to come.
When finance is working well, it helps the entire company move faster and with greater confidence.
Rezilient has grown significantly over the past few years. What excites you most about what's ahead?
We're still early, which is what makes it exciting.
Healthcare needs new models that improve access while lowering costs, especially for employers and their employees. That's exactly what we're building.
As we continue to grow, I'm excited to help ensure we have the financial strength and operational discipline to support that growth without losing sight of why we're here: delivering better care for more people.
Danish has spoken about growing leaders from within. How has that influenced your experience?
It's one of the things that makes Rezilient special.
From the beginning, I've been given opportunities to take on new challenges, contribute beyond finance and help shape the direction of the company. That level of trust creates an environment where people can do their best work and continue growing as leaders.
Looking Ahead
As Chief Financial Officer, Ben will continue leading Rezilient's financial strategy while partnering across the organization to support the company's next phase of growth. His promotion reflects Rezilient's commitment to investing in leaders who embody our mission, values and vision for the future of healthcare.
