After more than 30 years in employer healthcare, Lisa Ness knows the industry and its challenges. Now, she's joining Rezilient Health to help build what's next.

Recently appointed Chief Revenue Officer, Lisa brings leadership experience from QuadMed, CareATC, Proactive MD, Premise Health and Pfizer. She'll lead Rezilient's commercial growth strategy, expanding relationships with self-funded employers, brokers and health systems nationwide.

We asked Lisa what drew her to Rezilient, where she sees the greatest opportunities in employer healthcare and what she's looking forward to accomplishing.

What attracted you to Rezilient Health?

Lisa: I've spent my career working to improve how healthcare is delivered. I've seen tremendous progress, but I've also seen the limitations of traditional models.

What caught my attention about Rezilient was how the team approached those challenges. They've built a model that combines hands-on clinical care with technology in a way that changes how primary care can be delivered and scaled.

For me, this is an opportunity to take everything I've learned and help build something that can make a meaningful difference for employers and the people they cover.

What's the biggest challenge facing self-funded employers today?

Lisa: Rising healthcare costs, without question. But the real challenge is figuring out how to influence those costs.

Employers have invested in a lot of healthcare solutions, and many provide value. The problem is that those solutions don't always work together, leaving employees to navigate a complicated system.

I believe primary care has an opportunity to play a much bigger role. When people can access care earlier and get help navigating what comes next, there's an opportunity to improve the healthcare experience and influence downstream spending.

You've worked with established healthcare organizations. What makes Rezilient's approach compelling?

Lisa: It's the flexibility of the care delivery model.

Rezilient's CloudClinics combine an onsite clinical medic with a provider joining virtually, supported by connected diagnostic technology. That allows us to deliver hands-on care without requiring a dedicated provider at every clinic.

It's a different approach to expanding physical care access, particularly for employers with workforces across multiple locations.

And it's not just primary care. Rezilient brings together urgent care, asynchronous specialty consults across 70+ specialties and care navigation. That connection between services is an important part of what makes the model compelling.

What are you most excited to accomplish as CRO?

Lisa: I'm excited to work with the team to bring Rezilient to more employers and health system partners across the country.

There's also a tremendous opportunity to work more closely with brokers and benefits consultants who are helping employers rethink their healthcare strategies.

Ultimately, I want to help more organizations see what's possible when primary care becomes a more effective starting point for the entire healthcare experience.

We've built a strong foundation. Now it's about bringing that model to more people.

What's Next

With Lisa leading commercial growth, Rezilient is focused on expanding its national reach and helping more self-funded employers address healthcare access and rising costs.
