Reach your weight loss goals with Rezilient Weight Loss

June 10, 2025

If your employer has added the Rezilient Weight Loss (WL) program to your primary care benefit, you now have access to a holistic, personalized approach to weight management designed to work with your body, your lifestyle, and your goals.

Let’s be clear: this isn’t just a medication program. It’s a step-by-step, guided journey to better health and long-term success.

Here’s how it works:

Your journey starts with an appointment with a Rezilient Weight Loss coach and a clinical evaluation by your primary care provider. From there, you’ll spend about 8 weeks working closely with your care team, including a dietitian and health specialist, to follow a personalized nutrition and exercise plan.

If it’s determined that a GLP-1 medication like Wegovy or Zepbound is appropriate, and you’ve been consistent with your plan, your provider may initiate that treatment as part of a larger picture.

Why our program is different:
  • We prioritize lifestyle coaching, education, and accountability for long-term success
  • You’ll work closely with a dietitian and your health coach, virtually and in-person
  • You get access to 24/7 messaging, virtual followups, and same-day care
  • You’ll have ongoing support to help you stick with it and stay healthy
Important note: While all Rezilient appointments are free for eligible patients, GLP-1 medications are not covered by Rezilient and costs will depend on your insurance.

If you’re just getting started or have tried other options before, this program is designed to meet you where you are with real guidance and support. Not gimmicks.
