Technology Partners employees to get a Rezilient benefit

March 1, 2022

Technology Partners, an award-winning, certified Women Business Enterprise that provides premier IT staffing and solutions, is one of the first in the country to offer a Rezilient benefit to their people as part of their healthcare plan.

“As an employer, we want to improve access to healthcare while reducing costs, and the team  at Rezilient has introduced a tech-forward healthcare solution  to make access to primary care doctors convenient,” said Greg Nichols, Technology Partners’ president and chief operating officer. “This solution will be offered as the first line of defense for our employees. Our goal is to see a decrease in visits to the ER, urgent care, and specialist doctors. We are excited to partner in a new generation solution to improve our employee care.”

Founded in St. Louis, Rezilient is building an entirely new virtual primary care delivery model. Using its proprietary video platform and connected digital devices, its physicians can deliver the full range of primary care without ever physically being in a clinic.

Instead of being in the CloudClinics, physicians appear on large monitors and perform the exam remotely while being assisted by an on-site nurse. The connected digital devices allow physicians to see and hear everything as if they were in the clinic, and a live feed from the devices on the large monitor allows them to explain to the patient what they’re seeing.

Follow-up appointments can be made via in-home telehealth and members can message their doctors through their member portal at any time.

Rezilient’s care delivery model will allow Technology Partners’ employees to be engaged in and in control of their healthcare far more than ever before.

By reducing reliance on urgent care and emergency rooms, while increasing focus on preventative care, primary care benefits have been shown to reduce overall healthcare costs for both employers and employees.

“We’re excited to be able to offer Technology Partners’ employees convenient access to quality concierge primary care, right in their own backyard and even in their own homes,” says Danish Nagda, MD, Rezilient’s founder and CEO. “Already, it’s been a rewarding journey to partner with an organization that appreciates how access to high-quality, tech-enabled primary care can build a happy, healthy workforce.”

The CloudClinics will be distributed around St. Louis, with the goal of being within a short commute from where members live, work, and shop.

The flagship CloudClinic on Forsyth Boulevard in Clayton will also include an experiential retail space featuring health and wellness devices for members to monitor and track their own health data at home.
