What’s new in your Rezilient platform

June 20, 2025

We’ve made some exciting updates to your Rezilient Health app designed to make managing your care even easier, faster, and more convenient. Here’s what’s new the next time you log in:

A faster, easier way to book urgent care

When you need urgent care, you don’t have time to waste. Now, booking an urgent care appointment is even faster than before:

  • Select “Urgent Care” from the welcome screen
  • You’ll instantly see the next available appointment, whether that’s virtual or at a CloudClinic
  • Pick the time that works best for you

New: virtual waitroom

Need to see someone even sooner? Join the new virtual waitroom to connect with a provider as soon as one is available (often within just 2 minutes)!

Please note: the virtual waitroom is not for emergencies. If you’re experiencing a life-threatening issue, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

A clearer view of primary care availability

We’ve made it easier to find and book your primary care visits as well:

  • Tap “Primary Care’ on the homescreen to get started
  • Choose between in-person or virtual visits
  • Easily switch between CloudClinic locations (available for our hybrid primary care patients)

Coming soon: You’ll be able to "favorite" your preferred provider, so their appointments always appear at the top of your list.

Simplified family account management

Managing care for your family just got simpler. With the new family management features, you can:

  • Switch between family member profiles directly from the welcome screen (just like Netflix)
  • Schedule appointments and send messages on behalf of family members
  • View who has shared access to records by looking for the padlock icon to know when information is private
