What is Rezilient Health's biometric program? A patient's guide

May 19, 2025

When it comes to your health, knowledge is power. That’s why Rezilient Health is proud to offer biometric screenings for eligible patients to give you a deeper understanding of your health status and help you take proactive steps toward wellness.

What is the biometric program?

When we say “biometrics,” we’re not talking about Face ID or fingerprint scans. We’re talking about real health insights complete with comprehensive lab work and health screenings that go beyond the basics. Rezilient’s biometrics program allows eligible members to complete their biometric screenings in one of two ways:

  1. CloudClinic Appointment: Schedule an annual wellness exam at a Rezilient CloudClinic, where you will complete your biometric screening lab work as part of your visit. Following your appointment, a Rezilient Care Coordinator will reach out to schedule a follow-up with your provider.
  1. LabCorp Screening: If you prefer to complete your labs at a LabCorp location, simply message Rezilient through the messaging platform and we’ll help facilitate your biometric screening at a LabCorp location. Once your labs are complete, a Care Coordinator will connect with you to set up a follow-up appointment with your Rezilient provider.

Why are biometric screenings important?

At Rezilient, our biometric screenings start with tests for some of the most common health concerns, such as high blood pressure, prediabetes/diabetes, and high cholesterol. But we don’t stop there. We go a step further with more in-depth testing:

Complete metabolic panel

This test provides a comprehensive view of your body’s chemistry, including:

  • Electrolytes: Like calcium, potassium, and sodium, which help with muscle and nerve function
  • Liver function: Detects inflammation or damage to the liver
  • Kidney function: Evaluates how well your kidneys are working

Complete blood count

This test gives us an overview of your blood health, inclduing:

  • Red blood cells: Checking for anemia or other issues
  • White blood cells: Identifies if you have an infection or other conditions. (Note: some people naturally have higher white blood cell counts without any issues)

These results offer a clear picture of your current health, helping you identify potential risks, understand your overall wellness, and make informed decisions about your health journey. Whether you’re managing a chronic condition, monitoring risk factors, or aiming to stay proactive, biometric screenings give you the knowledge you need to take the appropriate course of action.

Your personalized health journey

Rezilient’s biometric program doesn’t just stop at lab results. Our Care Coordinators ensure that your results are followed up with personalized support, helping you understand what they mean and guiding you toward any next steps you might need.

Who has access?

The biometric program is an added benefit available to those whose employers have opted in.
