‍For your convenience, visitors will use the entrance on the North side of the building. You’ll find the CloudClinic just inside the main entrance on the lower level.

Our patients in South County now have another convenient location for same-day, $0 out-of-pocket primacy care, urgent care, and specialty consults. Whether you need a wellness check, help managing a chronic condition, or a quick visit for something unexpected, you can get it right in your neighborhood.

Just like our other CloudClinics, Sunset Hills blends the best of in-person and virtual care. You’ll be greeted by one of our medics, who will guide your visit from start to finish. Your Rezilient provider joins virtually and works with the medic using connected medical tools, so you get the same high-quality, personal care you’d expect from a traditional clinic, without the long waits or rushed appointments.
