WakeMed Employees: How to use your Rezilient with WakeMed benefit

WakeMed employees and their eligible family members have access to Rezilient with WakeMed, an additional care option designed to make it easier to get the care you need. With Rezilient with WakeMed, you can schedule primary care visits, urgent care visits, and preventive appointments with same-day or next-day availability, all at $0 out-of-pocket cost.

If you're ready to schedule a visit, the first step is simply signing in to the Rezilient portal to log in or create your account.

Once you're signed in, scheduling an appointment only takes a few minutes.

What is Rezilient with WakeMed?

Rezilient with WakeMed is a healthcare benefit available to WakeMed employees and their eligible dependents. WakeMed partnered with Rezilient Health to provide employees with another convenient way to access care when they need it. Through Rezilient with WakeMed, you can schedule visits for: 

• Annual wellness exams
• Preventive screenings and lab work
• Medication management
• Minor illnesses or injuries
• Ongoing health concerns

Appointments can take place virtually from anywhere or in person at a Rezilient CloudClinic, depending on what works for you. For WakeMed employees and eligible family members, visits are always $0 out-of-pocket.
