Rezilient’s musculoskeletal health program explained
June 3, 2025

Get back to moving with less pain and more support
While musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions affect more than half of Americans, living with pain in your back, knees, shoulders, or neck doesn’t have to be your new normal. That’s why we’ve introduced Rezilient Musculoskeletal Health: A smarter, more accessible way to get the support you need to move better, feel better, and get back to doing what you love. This employer-sponsored specialty care program provides expert care and personalized treatment that actually works with your life.
Here’s how it goes:
Every Musculoskeletal Health program journey starts with a clinical evaluation from your Rezilient primary care provider, which may include imaging to better understand your condition and rule out conditions that might not be muscular in nature but feel like they are. From there, you’ll meet with an on-site medic and a virtual physical therapist who work together to evaluate your needs and build a personalized treatment plan.
Treatment begins in the CloudClinic, where our medics serve as the physical therapist’s hands using connected devices, and continues at home with telehealth sessions and support from a health coach. You’ll get the same personalized care, faster access, and better outcomes, without having to spend time commuting to a clinic, parking, and sitting in a waiting room. Best of all, it’s $0 out-of-pocket to you (like all Rezilient services).
Why this program works:
- It’s delivered by a connected, coordinated team of healthcare experts
- It combines hands-on and virtual care for convenience and flexibility
- It’s built around you and not around unnecessary surgeries or medications
- Same-day appointments and $0 copays give you the flexibility you need to manage your health on your schedule
This is more than just physical therapy. It’s a whole-person approach to pain relief delivered by people who actually care.
Who has access:
The Musculoskeletal Health program is an added benefit available to those whose employers have opted in. If your employer has chosen to provide this service, you have access to ongoing support and tailored treatment plans designed to get you moving again with less pain and more comfort. If your employer has not yet opted in, talk to them about how Rezilient’s Musculoskeletal Health program can help you get moving again, with less pain.
