Rezilient is growing: What our new CloudClinics mean for patients in 2026

January 6, 2026

Rezilient Health is reshaping healthcare in St. Louis and beyond. In July, the company opened its third CloudClinic in the metro area—one of five new locations planned nationally for the next year. As one of the fastest-growing healthcare startups in St. Louis, Rezilient is proving that better access, smarter technology, and a people-first approach can radically improve how patients experience healthcare.

A mission born from personal loss

Rezilient Health began with two deeply personal stories that shaped its mission.

For CEO Danish Nagda, MD, the idea emerged after watching his father go undiagnosed with sleep apnea for 20 years. By the time the condition was identified, it had already caused heart failure—something that could have been prevented with earlier access to attentive, consistent care.

For co-founder and COO Jeffrey Gamble, it was the loss of his mother. After years of healthcare hurdles and a late-stage heart failure diagnosis, she passed away too soon. Gamble, an engineer, recognized how delayed access and fragmented care systems contributed to that outcome.

"Nearly everyone has a story about how the healthcare system let them down," Nagda says. "What will always bind Jeff and myself is ultimately that healthcare in America can be incredible. We know it's able to be the best healthcare system in the world; it's just not evenly distributed. So many barriers lead to poor quality of care."

Together, Nagda and Gamble asked a critical question: What if access to high-quality healthcare didn't depend on your location, your schedule, or how long you could wait for an appointment? The result is Rezilient Health—a fast-growing healthcare startup reimagining primary and specialty care through technology, empathy, and smarter access.

Where technology meets personal care

Rezilient's CloudClinics operate differently from typical doctor's offices. They're powered by technology developed in-house by a team of engineers and healthcare professionals. Each clinic is staffed by trained medics—often paramedics or EMS professionals—who handle intake, vitals, and in-person testing. Your Rezilient provider then joins the room via a secure, high-definition video screen.

But this isn't standard telehealth. All diagnostic tools inside the clinic—from otoscopes for ear exams to stethoscopes, dermatoscopes, and blood pressure monitors—connect to the platform and stream live data directly to your remote physician, who can instantly assess, diagnose, and explain what they're seeing. You watch the same feed on a large in-room monitor, creating transparency and enabling shared decision-making.

"There's a power shift when patients can see what the provider sees," Gamble says. "It's not just being told what's wrong; it's being shown. And that makes a huge difference in how people understand and follow through with care."

Rezilient's engineering team designed the software platform so everyone involved—your provider, the medic, you, and your care coordinator—connects through the same system. This enables smoother communication, faster diagnostics, and better follow-up. With everything from scheduling to documentation fully integrated, your Rezilient provider has more time to focus on you and less time handling administrative tasks.

The model delivers same-day access to a high-quality provider, a seamless in-person experience, and a deeper level of trust and understanding—all without requiring your provider to be physically in the room.

Better care, better outcomes

Rezilient's direct primary care model changes how you access healthcare. Rather than dealing with copays and insurance hurdles, you get unlimited, zero-dollar out-of-pocket access to same-day primary care, urgent care, and select specialty services such as physical therapy, weight loss programs, and nutrition counseling.

This approach encourages proactive rather than reactive care. You get seen sooner, conditions are managed earlier, and emergency room visits drop significantly. That translates to better health outcomes and reduced long-term healthcare spending.

Rezilent also acts as the "front door" to your health plan, helping you navigate referrals, locate in-network specialists, and schedule timely appointments. This level of support improves your health outcomes and ensures you receive the highest quality, lowest cost care within your health plan design.

Built for providers too

Rezilient offers a much-needed alternative for physicians as well. Your Rezilient providers are fully salaried with no pressure to rush through appointments. They work remotely, spend more time with fewer patients, and enjoy a healthier work-life balance.

"If you look at why providers have burned out, the top three reasons are the administrative burden, the lack of relationship with patients, and the lack of gratitude from patients," Nagda says. "We eliminated each of those."

"We get rid of the administrative burden with adequate support staff, and our providers get up to an hour with each patient," he adds. "That time allows for more meaningful relationships that both providers and patients come to appreciate."

Growing to serve more communities

Rezilient is doubling down on its hometown. The team recently moved into a larger headquarters in Webster Groves and now has four clinics in the metro and county area, plus the first Jefferson City CloudClinic and four CloudClinics in Raleigh-Durham have officially opened as of January 2026.

"We're not just growing for the sake of growth," Gamble says. "We're focused on creating real access points in communities. It's about being there for people—wherever they are."

With more than 200 employer partners and a 92+ net promoter score, the numbers tell a powerful story. But it's the personal stories that drive the mission—co-founders who lost parents due to delayed diagnoses, patients who finally feel seen, and providers who rediscover their passion.

"The American healthcare system has incredible potential," says Nagda. "We just need to make that quality available to everyone—and that starts by rethinking how care is delivered."

As Rezilient expands in 2026, these new CloudClinics mean more people will have access to healthcare that's both high-tech and deeply human—care that's there when you need it, without the barriers that have stood in the way for too long.
