Meet the Medics at Rezilient's St. Charles CloudClinic

July 1, 2025

At Rezilient Health, exceptional care starts with exceptional people; people who show up everyday ready to support their team and care for their patients. Our St. Charles, MO CloudClinic thrives thanks to medics like Alyssa Eise and Alexandra Bushong.

Alyssa Eise: Building trust and growing professionally

“What fulfills me most is helping others,” Alyssa says. “Working one-on-one with providers to deliver excellent care to patients, and having a work-life balance that’s unheard of in this field, has been incredible.” Alyssa loves the chance to build trust with patients while learning more about preventative medicine each day. “Rezilient makes sure we’re taken care of the same way we care for our patients,” she says. “I’ve grown so much here that I’m now pursuing a career as a physician assistant. Of course, I hope to stay at Rezilient once I graduate!”

Beyond work, Alyssa loves fishing and spending time outdoors. She finds joy in exploring Missouri’s lakes and trails and loves pulling friends into new adventures around St. Louis. Her curiosity and love of learning shine through in everything she does.

Alexandra Bushong: Finding her professional home

“I love the consistent support from coworkers and management at Rezilient,” Alexandra says. “We’re a team here. My input is valued. Switching from reactive medicine to preventative care has opened an entirely new world for me. It’s rewarding to help patients stay healthy, not just show up when they’re in a crisis.” She adds, “After years of overnight shifts in a high-volume system, Rezilient restored my quality of life. I’m confident I’ve found my professional home here.”

Outside the clinic, Alexandra dances and volunteers at her Serbian church, helping immigrants in St. Louis feel welcome and supported. Her passion for helping others extends into her personal life, where community and connection are at the heart of it all.

Where care and teamwork thrive

Alyssa and Alexandra show that at Rezilient, patient care and team care go hand-in-hand, making our clinics places where medics can grow professionally while helping patients feel supported, heard, and cared for every day.
