Get to know Jane Lubiewski and Savannah Creason. 

Meet Jane Lubiewski, Lead Medic

As Lead Medic, Jane oversees the day-to-day operations of the Rolla CloudClinic, helping ensure patients receive a seamless experience and feel supported throughout their visit. Her passion for healthcare is rooted in helping people feel informed, confident, and cared for.

Jane said it quickly became clear that Rezilient's mission is closely aligned with her own values. “Rezilient’s values are deeply centered on accessible, human-centered care,” she explained. “The founders’ personal experiences and their commitment to improving healthcare for everyone have shaped a truly remarkable patient experience.” 

Jane plays an important role in supporting the day-to-day experience at the Rolla CloudClinic, helping ensure both patients and the care team feel supported. She finds fulfillment in creating an environment where patients feel comfortable asking questions and actively participating in their health journey.

“I enjoy being a source of support and confidence for both our team and the patients we serve,” she said. “Helping ensure our medics are prepared to provide thoughtful, personalized care tailored to the needs of the community is a very fulfilling experience.”

When describing what patients can expect, Jane emphasized both the personal and technological aspects of the experience. She describes the Rezilient Health experience as “welcoming, comprehensive, technologically unique, informational, and nurturing,” combining innovative tools with a compassionate approach to care.

Meet Savannah Creason, Medic

Working alongside Jane, Savannah Creason helps guide patients through each step of their visit, ensuring they feel comfortable and supported throughout the appointment. She was drawn to Rezilient because of its commitment to making care both accessible and personal.

“What drew me to Rezilient’s approach to care was the focus on fast, easy, accessible, patient-centered care,” Savannah said. “The CloudClinic allows for efficient, high-quality care while still being able to maintain a personal connection.” 

She also appreciates the amount of time providers are able to spend with patients, which helps create a more thoughtful and thorough experience. “The time allotted for each patient during their visits, one hour of care for a new patient, is, in my opinion, exceptional patient care,” she said.

For Savannah, the most rewarding part of her role is helping patients feel valued and respected. Supporting members of the Rolla community means creating an environment where patients feel comfortable sharing their concerns and confident in the care they receive.

Savannah believes great patient care means advocating for each individual and making a meaningful difference in their experience. She hopes every patient leaves their first appointment feeling heard and supported.

“I want them to leave feeling welcomed, respected, and cared for,” she said. “It’s important to me that patients feel heard and understood in the care they receive.”
