Meet the medics at Rezilient's CloudClinic – Stillwater, OK
May 22, 2025

At Rezilient Health, we believe quality care starts with the people behind it, which is why we’re excited to introduce the medics who bring experience, compassion, and consistency to our Stillwater CloudClinic. Whether you’ve already met them or are thinking about scheduling your first visit, here’s your chance to get to know Rezilient Medics Scott Devers and Tyler Gaddis a little better.
Scott Devers: A heart for helping, over 35 years of experience
If you’ve been to our CloudClinic, there’s a good chance you’ve already met Scott. With over three decades of experience as a paramedic and rural ambulance director, Scott brings a wealth of medical knowledge and a compassionate presence to every appointment.
Scott knew he was called to help others from a young age. “Back in junior high, I felt like there was a calling placed on my heart,” he says. “When I rode along with a local ambulance crew for the first time, I knew – this is what I’m meant to do.”
What sets Scott apart isn’t just his experience, it’s his warmth. From comforting patients with a song in the back of an ambulance to remodeling his home in his spare time, Scott leads with care, curiosity, and kindness. He also loves being part of the Rezilient team. “This is the first company where I truly feel like part of a family,” he says. “We’re doing something important here, especially for rural healthcare.”
Tyler Gaddis: From army medic to future PA, and now a trusted part of the Rezilient team
Tyler brings a unique blend of military training, medical expertise, and youthful energy to Rezilient’s Stillwater team. He’s currently serving in the Army National Guard, studying biomedical sciences at UCO, and working toward becoming a physician assistant.
His journey into healthcare was inspired by his personal loss and a passion for service. “I had cousins diagnosed with a genetic disease, and both passed away,” he says. “That really pushed me toward medicine. Then, after a sports injury in high school, I fell in love with orthopedics, and eventually emergency care through the military.”
At Rezilient, Tyler values how accessible care is for patients. “We’re not your typical clinic,” he says. “People come in and are surprised at first, but when they see how quick, personal, and tech-enabled the care is, they love it. We’re not sending you to wait for hours at urgent care – you’re in and out, and you still get to know us. I really like that Rezilient prioritizes developing that one-on-one connection with patients.”
When he’s not working or studying, Tyler is a self-proclaimed foodie and restaurant explorer, always on the hunt for the next great spot in Oklahoma City.
Next time you visit, say hello!
Whether you’re here for your annual checkup, managing chronic conditions, or just curious about what Rezilient has to offer, Scott and Tyler are here to make your experience easy, welcoming, and even enjoyable.
