What does it cost for me to go to Rezilient?
Nothing.
Rezilient is provided as a $0 out of pocket benefit to you and your dependents 7 years and older who are covered on your employer's health plan. This includes $0 copay for your visit, $0 deductible, and $0 for any services provided as part of your visit (lab collection, point of care testing, strep tests, covid test, etc.)
What if I don’t want to leave my doctor?
We understand and respect that you have a relationship with other providers and we'll never ask you to leave your current doctor if you're happy with them. However we do recommend completing a visit with us to establish your baseline in case your needs change.
What specialties are included in my benefit?
You get access to providers across 70 different specialties, including but not limited to: cardiology, dermatology, urology, ENT, gastroenterology, etc.
What happens if I need to see a provider outside of Rezilient?
If a referral is placed to a provider outside of Rezilient, your dedicated Care Coordination team will work with your insurance to provide a referral to an in-network provider. Our goal is to keep every aspect of your healthcare convenient and affordable.
Are labs and imaging covered by my Rezilient benefit?
Rezilient can draw labs at your CloudClinic appointment, for $0 out of pocket, which will then be processed at an off-site facility.Depending on the guidelines set by your insurance network, you may need to cover an additional balance. Our goal is to keep every aspect of your healthcare convenient and affordable.
Are medications prescribed by a Rezilient provider free?
In some cases, we do administer medications at the time of your appointment. Any medication that is administered at your Rezilient appointment will be at a $0 cost to you.Rezilient will always ensure we are prescribing the most cost effective medications as outlined in your pharmacy benefits through your insurance network.
Is Rezilient my insurance?
No. You're still covered by your insurance benefit, while Rezilient gives you access to comprehensive healthcare at $0 cost to you.
Then why do you need my insurance card?
We need your insurance information for a couple of reasons: to order medication from your pharmacy; if we need to refer outside of Rezilient, some providers need to make sure you're in-network before they make an appointment; and to process the labs that we draw on-site so you don’t get billed a cash pay amount.
What’s the difference between going to a CloudClinic and telehealth?
In a CloudClinic appointment, our medics will take your vitals and launch your appointment with your remote primary care physician on the CloudClinic's smart screen. They'll assist the physician during your appointment, take labs and send off your scripts.
In a telehealth appointment, you can be in whatever location is convenient for you. You log in to the Rezilient app on your device and your appointment will take place entirely by video.
Can I go to any CloudClinic?
Yes! Every doctor is available at every CloudClinic so you can choose the one that’s most convenient for you.
